Healing Our Hearts

From personal experiences, I have found many encounters with modern medicine, mainstream practices and doctors to be discouraging, disempowering, confusing and, at times, just plain wrong (not ALL medicine, not ALL doctors).

As a result, I began to delve into what is known as alternative medicine… which is actually just the very FIRST medicine. I have experienced and witnessed powerful healing through such practices.

I find it fascinating how many people are afraid and skeptical of herbs, homeopathy, or energy work (all from Source) – but agree readily to taking a prescription drug, vaccinate or remove organs that are there for a reason – without ever doing research or seeking alternative measures. People are taking pills with horrific side effects, with man made ingredients that we cannot spell or pronounce. One medicine leads them to a path of another and another…it happens all of the time. I have at times in my life taken prescription medicine and I do not dismiss the possibility that I may again one day. But I will always first seek truth and wisdom.

I believe in spontaneous healing. I believe healing our hearts is essential. I do my best to not think about dis-ease as something coming into my life or anyone’s life. I live this way for a reason. I believe energy goes where energy flows. I see it, feel it, live it. I love learning about the body, the mind, the heart, the soul, the spirit and the earth – and how they all provide us with what we need to heal ourselves, others and the earth itself. We are powerful beings with amazing gifts. ♥

We live in a world where awareness is intentionally kept from us, lies are told to us to keep us naive, sick and dependent. All for money, power ~ greed. That is why I pay attention to the underground information that is empowering. Information that reminds us that vibrant health can be all of ours, and it is up to us.

Welcome to “One Love Song,” where we will share stories from the heart, sparks of genius from the weekly workshops Jessica holds, poetry, photography and art that inspires. The blog will also provide glimpses into Jessica’s upcoming memoir, Luna Tick Eclipse.
